Scope
Redesign and consolidate your existing websites into a single, cohesive, user-friendly site, guided by data and analytics to support an optimal user journey.
Goals
Simplify content management on the back end, create a more organized and intuitive front-end experience, and encourage users to reach out for more information.
Visual Identity
Moving to a single site means events and shows will no longer have fully separate visual identities (such as unique fonts, colors, logos, or navigation). Instead, the site will use a strong parent design with flexibility for customized content on individual event pages.

As the most senior member of the web team, Brandon oversees the web team and will be involved with this project at a high level. He focuses on the technical aspects of the website, ensuring everything runs smoothly and functions properly. For any complex interactions or technical questions, Brandon is your go-to expert.

Jeanie is our internal point person for your website project, managing daily operations, ensuring your feedback is communicated and implemented, and handling all details of the project. She will guide you through every phase, from start to finish.

UI/UX Designer
Vaughn will help organize and design your site with the best user flow possible. He’ll guide you through the Content, Wireframes and Design processes. As our analytics guru, Vaughn will make sure your site is tracking the data that matters most to you.
